SYNTHESIS OF A GEAR TRAIN WITH A VARIABLE ANGLE
BETWEEN THE AXLES OF THE WHEELS
Authors: A.A. GOLOVNIN
Abstract: The article is devoted to the synthesis of a gear train with the possibility of changing the angle between the axles of the wheels. A solution is given for a transmission, one of the gears of which is conical, and the second is toroidal, in which the inner region of the torus is materialized. To do this, the support for the rotational movement of the toroidal gear must be placed on the crankshaft covering it, the root necks of which are mounted on sliders with non-movable guides parallel to the tangent to the dividing cone of the conical gear. The crankshaft is also equipped with a sinus mechanism containing a crank mounted on the cheek of the crankshaft connected to a slider, the non-movable guide of which is located perpendicular to the fixed guiding supports of the main necks of the crankshaft.
Keywords: gears, toroidal wheel, rotation of wheel axes.

Authors: A.P. ARKHAROV
Abstract: An analysis of known methods and chucks for installing shafts on the centers of metal-cutting machines is presented. The relevance of the work on creating a method and means for installing a shaft with a conical surface is noted. The essence of the developed installation method is outlined, in which the transmission of torque from the machine spindle to the shaft is carried out by fixing it to its conical surface. The device and operating principle of the designed jaw chuck with a variable nature of movement of its clamping elements along the center line are disclosed. Comparative analyzes of the designed method and jaw chuck with similar known solutions were carried out. The development originality and the achieved technical result are reflected.

Authors: N.M. GANCHEV, K.A. SAKHAROV,
L.E. AFANASIEVA
Abstract: Metallographic studies of structural steel grade 30KHN3A in the laser hardening zone were carried out. Thermal hardening of samples was performed using continuous radiation of a multichannel CO2 laser in various modes. It was shown that, unlike single-beam lasers, this type of lasers has uniform heat input across the hardening strip width. In the laser hardening zone in the optimal mode, the steel has a martensite structure with a microhardness of ~7 500 MPa. The depth of the hardened layer is ~1.3 mm. The efficiency of using a multichannel CO2 laser for hardening structural steel is shown.

Abstract: The microstructure, chemical and phase composition of gray cast iron blanks for glass molds are investigated. The necessity of controlling the phase composition of cast iron and the formation of individual structural components in the process of layer-by-layer solidification of the casting is shown to ensure increased operational properties of the mold set parts operating under severe conditions of cyclic thermal loads and abrasive wear.

THEORETICAL JUSTIFICATION OF RATIONAL PARAMETERS
OF A TUBULAR SOD PEAT
Authors: А.L. YABLONEV
Abstract: The tubular form of sod peat is rightfully considered the most promising, since it has a larger moisture evaporation area, ignites better and burns more stably in solid fuel boilers. Such sod is characterized by such parameters as the outer diameter, inner diameter, length. Naturally, questions arise about the parameters, that can be called rational or optimal, according to the criteria of bending strength, manufacturability and uniformity of drying. This article attempts to answer these questions theoretically. Recommended rational ratios of diameters and the diameters of peat pieces themselves are given. It is noted, that the necessary experimental verification of the obtained results in laboratory conditions is assumed.

INFLUENCE OF OPERATION DURATION ON THE NUMBER OF FAILURES
OF DRILLING RIGS SBSH-250
Authors: M.B. KHAMIDOV
Abstract: Based on the data of operation of SBSh-250 drilling rigs in the period from 2013 to 2023 at the Kalmakyr quarry, the failure rate was established for the rigs and their main systems: mast, undercarriage, gearbox, compressor, hydraulic system. It is shown that the number of failures changes cyclically during the operation of the rigs, while their number for units varies slightly for different rigs. A greater number occurs at different periods from the start of operation of the units, and the maximum falls on the compressor and hydraulic system. Taking into account the cyclicity of failures can be used to predict productivity and calculate the required number of spare parts.

Authors: I.M. BUKHOLTSEV, N.A. RYNDIN
Abstract: The article considers an optimization approach to improving the efficiency of managing the distribution of investment resources between the objects of organizational systems, taking into account the integral volume of investments and the level of development efficiency indicators determined by the control center. In order to improve the efficiency of the program-targeted approach to the development of a multi-object organizational system (MOS), a number of models and algorithms for modeling and optimizing the distribution of investments in managing this process have been developed. At the same time, both the processes of balancing the assignment of investments in the areas of the development program and the processes of rebalancing based on the results of monitoring the initial program and the availability of released resources are considered. An example of formalizing the optimization problem of rebalancing, its extreme and boundary conditions is given. A method for ranking objects by the criterion of lost profit, determined based on the results of monitoring the implementation of MOS development plans for individual programs and by experts, is proposed. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient is used as a measure of the proximity of these rank series. The application of the developed software tools, coupled with the information system for monitoring the implementation of
the development program, in the practice of managing the investment of organizational
systems is shown using the example of distributing subsidies for the implementation of the regional agricultural development program in the Department of Agrarian Policy of the Voronezh Region.

APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN LIFE CYCLE OF AUTOMATED AIRCRAFT CONTROL DATA PREPARATION SYSTEM
Authors: G.V. KAZAKOV
Abstract: The article reveals the issues of using artificial intelligence in the life cycle of automated systems for preparing aircraft control data. Currently, there is a delay in creating such systems and putting them into operation. The reasons for this are the insufficient degree of automation of the design processes, development of design documentation, testing and maintenance of the system. The proposed universal life cycle management system for a data preparation system is based on the use of artificial intelligence and consists of a set of automated workplaces: system design, programming, testing and maintenance of the system. The time spent on developing the system is calculated, and the expected effect of using artificial intelligence in this process is shown.

IN THE DOSING AND MIXING COMPLEX OF AN AGGLOMERATION FACTORY
Authors: V.I. BOBKOV, A.A. BYKOV,
V.A. OREKHOV, S.V. NEZAMAEV
Abstract: The paper presents a mathematical model for calculating the dosing time of ore raw materials, which is the basis for creating a software package for automating the operation of mixers of dosing complexes of domestic mining enterprises. The application of the developed model makes it possible to design modern dosing and mixing complexes that ensure the necessary quality of ore raw materials with minimal mixing time, which significantly reduces the downtime of technological equipment and thereby increases the energy efficiency of sintering plants. It is noted that the representation of the mixer
shape in the form of a cellular structure made it possible to ensure the immutability
of the composition of the ore material during mixing and at the same time determine the optimal law of motion of its particles. The use of the developed software package
reduced the scrap in the composition of the charge by 11%, increased the rate of pouring of raw materials by 17.4 % and reduced the total downtime of the equipment by 1.37 times.

Abstract: At the present stage of medicine development, there is an active introduction of natural sciences of the physical and mathematical cycle into the field of diagnostics, treatment and prevention of diseases. One of the promising areas is the use of the crystallomorphological method of diagnostics, based on the fact that real crystals have unique features that determine their habitus. Computer morphometry methods open up wide opportunities for their application in medical biocrystallomics, but their practical use requires significant revision and unification of efforts of experts from different fields. The histological characteristics of skin preparations, as well as the process of crystallization of blood plasma at various stages of wound regeneration caused by various reasons are considered. Literary sources in the field of using computer technologies on the issue under consideration are analyzed.
