Abstract

It is shown that control in these production systems should be performed according to the quality parameter while simultaneously taking measures to reduce time and material costs. It is proposed to use the theory of the product life cycle as a methodological basis for the analysis of activity processes. One of the main factors that determine the efficiency of automated production is the time interval from the beginning of product design to its release. Measures are considered, allowing to reduce the time of release of a sample of a new product. The main measures for the implementation of a process approach to the management of automated production systems have been determined. The requirements for technological divisions of the production system, and for personnel and personnel policy in the organization have been identified.
