Abstract

The description of the process of creating a mathematical model of vibration-force alignment when packaging chilled semi-finished products in food production is given. The model is based on alignment work on objects that are substantially smaller than the box they are in. At the same time, the model has a number of important changes. For its construction, two auxiliary problems are considered, leading the reader to the question of the conditions for the start of the movement of the aligned objects: the necessary acceleration and the vibrational nature of the movement. The initial data for the calculations are given, which were obtained by analyzing the production line for leveling chilled semi-finished products. Part of the initial data was obtained from the drawings of the robotic arm, which is the basis of the semi-finished product alignment system. Calculations of the required pressing force on semi-finished products, vibration frequency, and movement of semi-finished products have been carried out. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the constructed mathematical model for the alignment of semi-finished products is satisfactorily adequate. The created mathematical model made it possible to improve the characteristics of the robotic arm and calculate the effective parameters of the automation system for leveling chilled semi-finished products.
