Abstract

As a result of the research, a method of feasibility study of the option of re-equipment of the RTV VCS units and subdivisions using an artificial neural network and simulation modeling is proposed, which makes it possible to reproduce the process of implementing the option of re-equipment of the RTV VCS with modern RTS samples and make a forecast taking into account the stochasticity of the processes of their functioning during a given period of time and taking into account the allocated budget allocations.
