The relevance of the research topic is noted. Analysis of the known methods and devices for measuring the lid-type part holes positional deviation is done. Significant deficiencies are identified. The description of the developed method and device for the mentioned parameter is given. Comparative analysis of the developed method and device with similar known designs and solutions are carried out. The development originality and the achieved technical result are reflected in this work.
