ON THE CORRELATION OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTROEROSIVE WEAR RESISTANCE OF NiCrBSi ALLOY
Authors: V.V. IZMAILOV, M.V. NOVOSELOVA
Abstract: Comparative experimental data on the electrical erosion and abrasive wear resistance of the NiCrBSi powder composite alloy are presented, and its hardness and specific electrical resistance are determined. The experiments revealed a correlation between the characteristics of electrical erosion and abrasive wear for the studied samples of this material, which was noted in the literature and observed by the authors earlier for copper-based composite materials. The specific electrical resistance of the material of the studied nickel alloy samples is tens of times higher than the specific electrical resistance of copper and is comparable to the specific electrical resistance of chromium-nickel stainless steels or gray cast irons, which are used in brush-ring sliding electrical contacts. The characteristics of mechanical wear resistance correspond to 6th or 7th wear resistance class out of 13 possible, which is a middling result. Electrical erosion wear resistance of the studied nickel alloy is also moderate and is comparable to the wear resistance of copper.

Authors: A.N. BOLOTOV, O.O. NOVIKOVA, V.V. NOVIKOV
Abstract: The analysis of the magnitude and topography of demagnetizing fields for repulsive permanent rare earth magnets has been carried out and a general analytical approach to describing the force properties of magnets of magnetic bearings has been developed. The reasons leading to a decrease in magnetic properties in passive magnetic bearings have been studied. It has been established that the main causes are temperature field, mechanical stress, external and internal demagnetizing magnetic fields. The calculation of the external and internal demagnetizing fields for an elementary magnetic system of a magnetic mass bearing consisting of two coaxially arranged magnets of various shapes is carried out. Applying the results of the work, it is possible to determine the optimal size of madness of various shapes for magnetic bearings.

ON THE PARAMETERS OF THE MICRORELIEF OF THE METAL SURFACE AFTER ELECTRIC DISCHARGE WIRE CUTTING
Authors: V.V. IZMAILOV, M.V. NOVOSELOVA
Abstract: The article presents the results of the study of the microrelief of the surfaces of titanium alloy samples after electrical discharge wire cutting. A set of standard and non-standard parameters of the microrelief profile, as well as their ratios, is determined, by which one can judge the nature of the roughness profile. It is shown that the distribution of the profile ordinates is well described by the normal distribution, as well as by the beta distribution. This gives grounds to represent the profile of the studied surface as a broadband normal random process and to use the capabilities of this model for the statistical assessment of additional roughness parameters. It is also shown that the roughness parameters of the surfaces after electrical discharge cutting are comparable with similar parameters of the surfaces after gas-laser cutting and mechanical processing (grinding), which indicates their common stochastic nature.

Authors: A.Yu. KLYUSHIN
Abstract: The article is devoted to the set of means used to implement the process of road safety management in transport systems. This requires, first of all, the construction of realistic models of traffic flows, which will bring positive changes in reducing traffic intensity and thus increase the efficiency of the hybrid intelligent transport system. The article proposes the improvement of applied research methods based on a hybrid approach to adaptive traffic flow management.

THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE AGENT MODEL WITH AUTONOMOUSE BEHAVIOR
Authors: G.P. VINOGRADOV, N.V. KIRSANOVA
Abstract: Development of models and algorithms for the behavior of artificial entities (agents), demonstrating autonomous behavior, that correspond to their personal and motivational state, as well as environmental conditions, is an actual problem. Entity autonomy assumes the presence of an internal structure and mechanism that allow you to have your own needs and interests, based on them it will dynamically generate and choose goals that define self-reliance autonomous behavior. Internal autonomous allows the agent to function and demonstrate behavior, even in the absence of external stimuli, due to the constant change in its internal emotional and physiological state. This work offers the architecture and the model for representing internal driving factors of intelligent virtual agents, as well as and managing them using the concept of motivation.

SUPPORT FOR MAKING MANAGEMENT DECISIONS IN THE PROBLEMS
OF OPERATIONAL PLANNING OF PRODUCTION STAFF
BASED ON THE THEORY OF FUZZY SETS
Authors: S.V. TORSHIN, A.V. KAPITANOV
Abstract: In rare cases, the management of the process of forming work collectives from among the personnel in industrial enterprises is based on some specific information. Given that the production process requires a high level of professionalism of the staff and rapid adaptation to changes, traditional approaches to assessing the competencies and professional capabilities of
the formed team may be insufficient. Most often, heterogeneous data is required for decision-making. The article provides arguments in favor of the fact that the methodology of the theory of fuzzy sets can be used in solving issues of assessing various qualities of personnel and will allow making rational managerial decisions in the process of staffing. It allows you to take into account uncertainties and subjective factors when assessing the level of knowledge and skills of employees and create more accurate and multidimensional competency models that include both objective indicators and expert assessments. These models can be used in information and analytical management decision support systems for staffing.
Keywords: decision support, recruitment of production personnel, digital competence model, efficiency of the production process, theory of fuzzy sets.
